MS Forms and MS Streams

A MS Form cannot be directly imported into the LMS, but there may be workarounds depending on the use case.

One option, is you could export the form into a PDF, Word, or Excel file and import that as a task resource, which an Administrator, Supervisor, or Expert over the course would have to manually grade and/or mark complete for each user. 

Another option would be to create a text file with a link to the form on it and import that as a task resource, but it would still need to be manually marked as completed. If the goal is to retrieve data from the form and store it in the LMS, that is not possible at this time. You can consider using the quiz builder or another content authoring tool to create SCORM compliant quiz content if this is the desired outcome.

The video importer does not accept MS Stream embed codes directly, but you can download a video and import it to convert it to a SCORM package.
