Retrieve List of ALL Content Packages

The Content Packages field in the Catalog and Course Information dataset in reports will only pull content packages in use (ones that have been turned into courses). If you need a list of ALL of the content packages in your system, here is a suggested work-around:

1. Go to the Content Resources page, highlight the first page of content resources, and either right click and then click "Copy" OR hit Ctrl + C on the keyboard.

2. Open up a new spreadsheet, right click on the first cell (A1) and select "Paste Special..." from the drop-down.

3. Select "Text" from the list, and click "Ok."

4. Repeat this process in the next line down in the spreadsheet for each page of content packages.

No images or links will be copied into the spreadsheet, and you will only get a list of the names of the content packages, the type of content package it is, the file size, and the date the content was last modified.
